NEw Apartment......Iguana safety

Okay I need some help here. I just moved into my huge new apartment. Living room is 10X 19, Bedrom 12.5 x 17. Now I'm trying set up cages and make it iguana safe. The two iguanas have to be separated so we are thinking of turning a closet into Pickles home and buying coconut a cage. ANother option is i Have a part of my wall that goes in. If I could wall it off it would iguana heaven. Any Ideas?
They are free roaming and loving it. My kitchen is pretty iguana safe, suprisingly. The fridge goes right to the floor. ANyway they don't go in there much anyway. Pickles now know as toilet boy likes the bathroom witha passion and likes to crawl around the back of the toilet and go to sleep. I'm trying to not let him do that cause its a pain to get him out and well its the toilet.
For now their wandering is fine but in the winter I may have to stop it if I can't figure out how to make the heaters iguana safe. I have those free standing radiator thingies. Any ideas how to make them safe. I know right now the iguanas have been found around them a few times... perhaps cause in an empty apartment that is the only place to hide :)
