My Ig pooped !

Yep, my iguana pooped again when I put him in his outside cage to get some real sun!( Like I told before he usually poops every 2- 3 weeks ) Everytime when he´s out he runs like crazy around the cage and after that he wants to walk/run around my room, which he don´t do often( usually he just "sits" in his cage ). I´m sure it has nothing to with his diet. If it has something to do with that, how do you explain why he poops everytime I get him outside, even everyday, if it´s warm enough to bask?!
Basking temps in his own cage are 35- 40 C ( there´s two basking places ). So have you any ideas, should I buy one UV- tube more?
( I already have one Zoo Med´s as you probably remember from last letter )
