Lola does this too. She has her own internal clock. When she's ready for bed, I shut the lights off. Sounds like Lucy is getting approximately 10 hours of UVB light. Personally, I'd say, go ahead and turn them off. Try and get your girl outside a couple of hours of week. You just can't beat good old sunshine!
