I just wanted to welcome you to the forum, and the wonderful world of
being owned by an ig. I have enjoyed watching you get sucked in here with all the rest of us
who wear our scars proudly, and have a gleam in our eye for anything green.
Slowly it begins, then before ya know it...the green garoot will be amongst your first thoughts in the morning.
You'll worry about if the collards are too wilty, so you'll start growing your own greens in the yard to ensure their quality.
You'll buy things like hibiscus plants...not because they flower beautifully, but because you have learned that your ig can eat the flowers and the leaves.
You'll find a spot, hidden away from your nieghbors, to actually grow dandelion greens, while everyone else in the nieghborhood is squirting them with Round-up.
You'll join our chats....you'll get on our e-mail lists...you will feel the power of the green iguana.
Iguana03 will write you up a funny profile, and they'll accuse you of having scales, in stead of skin.
It's a great ride....glad you got onboard!!
Lorry (followed the same trail, once)
