Glenn...sounds like the scoliosis the S shape you describe and if it has raised humps its kyphosis
both bone deformities of MBD.They are not caring for this iguana properly and need to be told. Perhaps it is a rescue? they got it like that? You need to get as much information as you can on what they are doing to help this iguana. And let them know that they need to post a sign that this is a very sick iguana that they are rehabbing or whatever and it got this way because it was not fed a proper diet and did not get natural sunlight/uvb. Maybe it will help others to understand that iguanas need a whole lot more than lettuce and a cage.
