Question about design

So does everyone agree that these leash types are best. I know I have an old one that loops around the neck and back body (where yours does). I find these things a real pain to get on & off-- even the tamest iguanas usually get annoyed with how long it takes me to get it set up right. I would gladly go to this simpler style, but I was wondering if it is strong enough? Has anyone had an ig bolt while attatched to this leash? Can the legs slip out with a lot of writhing and freaking out? Sleestack can be spastic at times & I would hate to lose him outside.
