: I Know what you mean check out clerk always ask me how I cook the greens. I just tell them I don't that I eat it in a salad which I do. Have you tryed iggy salad it pretty good. That what I do I eat it too and if there is any left over I throw it into my compost. I know chicory root is roasted to make coffee substitue along with dandelion roots and burdock root it's pretty good too. Hay now we can make coffee for our iggy's (just kidding, that just beyond spoiled)! Any way I usally make up a big salad with just greens after I bring the stuff home and put it in tuberware. Than the rest I tie up in the bag. than I add any thing else to it before I serve ( because me and Angus like different stuff on our salads). ^^^Sam^^^
