Alpha the iguana - serious help wanted!

Hi My female iguanna is around 4 years old. She has been handled nearly every day since she was born but over the last couple of weeks she has become very boystrous and viscious. Sha has even gone to the point of knocking off a scale from her nose!
can anyone please shed some light on this because it is starting to worry me now!
