I feed Cirsis rice and beans maybe once a month.She goes nutzo for it and will eat it out of my mouth if she could and as really tried to too.I usually mush the beans and it can be any kind of beans,usually,black beans tho to go with the rice.I use to spice my rice but alas,,,,no more because of her goddessness.Sometimes I use refried and I only give her half a teaspoon of the beans maybe two times in one week and that's about all.I tried tofu,she tried tofu,she threw the tofu at me sooooooo no tofu for her.hope this helps.
