It makes no difference to me if I do sit in jail for a short time. I have the animals life in mind. I really doubt that PetSmart wants the bad publicity, and I also doubt that they will want to pay court costs for this, esp. since they don't even want to pay a stupid vet bill. I don't think that it will get to those extremes, but I'll find out in a couple of hours. I've offered to pay them forty(which is half the price for the basilisk) and nothing else. If they don't accept.....then it's a reptile war. I have to stand by my morals. It's not worth it to give back the poor animals that they will only let die. This isn't only an assumption....they actually told me that they were going to let them die. They'll have to peel 'em from my cold dead decomposing clutches first.........
