Like Igmom said watch out for human hair too.With their licking everything,human hair is also bad for their innards,can help cause impactions.We just had a sav that had eaten 15 small pebbles and along with hair,had got inpacted and had to be surgically removed.Fortunitly,everyone in this house has short hair and we do not have carpet.
