Baby Ig problem, HELP!!

Hi, I'm hoping someone on the forum can help with a problem with my baby iguana; I bought him about 2 weeks ago, and he wasn't eating properly, I left him for a while to see if he would settle in, however, he hasn't. I noticed that his tail has become very thin, you can see the bones underneath, so I started to force feed him water with a vitamin supplement and some iguana food, to keep him alive. The problem is that I don't think he can go to the toilet, I have been feeding him, but I can't see any recent stools, and the base of his tail is looking worse by the day, can anyone give me any suggestions as to what is wrong, and possibly what to do.
