Logic would follow that you would breed the smaller male to the larger female however what you will produce shouldn't be marketed as coastal plains milks. Call them scarlet king X eastern milk crosses. Regardless of what others think of hybrids and crosses you owe it to yourself and those who buy from you to honestly represent what you're selling.
