crossbreeding milks?

I have a pair of Eastern milksnakes and a pair of scarlet kingsnakes and was wondering if it matters witch one breeds ex female eastern to male scarlet, I'm trying to produce some coastal plains milks any help is appreciated thanks p.s they won't be able to breed till like 1 1/2 to 2 years
