This is just my opinion but I believe many herpers are motivated by the novelty of herps. Hybrids are an extention of this motivation much like locality animals are. They are unique, express hybrid vigor and some are very attractive. Personally I can take it or leave it but there is one aspect I find very appealing. Who regulates jungle corns California or the southeastern states? Given the the ever increasing complexity ot the regulatory environment, hybrids may eventually become the only viable alternative left for reptile breeders. No facts here just some food for thought.
