Human races don't really exsist. There's no factor to group members of the same 'race' together except for skin color, and similar skin color is no indication of genetic relatedness. Also, humans as a species are remarkably genetically similar, much more so than dogs. So IMO saying mixing two different humans is crossbreeding is like saying mixing two snake morphs is cross breeding- different color, but the same thing underneath.
