Strictly FYI, it is illegal to do so. You are not allowed to keep any US native wildlife other than cottontail rabbits, starlings, pigeons, and sparrows. The only way you can even "keep" other native mammals and birds is if you have a rehabilitation permit, there is something wrong with the animal, and then you must release it after you rehab it. It is also the law that if the animal is not going to be used for educational purposes and can not be released, it must be euthanized. Something interesting that most people don't know about...Andy
