Hmmm heck if my rat was having birthing diffculties I would just slit it open, get the pinks out, and give the mom to my frog :-D lol I am sure they love their pet though. We had a hedgehog with heart problems that we spent like 3000 bucks tryin to get back up to snuff, but the little sucker was old and sometimes nothing helps. Anyway, happy herping. Andy
