:::Has the HL lost any weight? Are there any signs of parasites? The humidity should not be a big factor if you are keeping temps at about 100 - 105 during the day and down to about 65 - 70 at night. What amount of crickets are being fed as compared to the amount of ants? Lester G. Milroy III

:Yes he has lost some weight. we have been feeding him more ants than crickets and he has been eating fine till now. i did notice some very small type bugs just before i cleaned out his aquarium. but i do not see any at this time. also do u think dehighdration is a factor for this, as i have read, u should mist the tank every other day i have just put a small container of water in with him.

:Dehydration may be a big factor. Horned Lizards need water. They get most of their water from prey items, but they still require water. Use distilled water, that way there is no problem with chemicals that are used to purify water for human use. Mist at least every other day, lightly. Provide a shallow water dish for drinking water.
