A few select people, myself included, breed HLs and sell them in very limited quantities.
Lester is right to some degree though Turtlegirl. As far as the general, surface reptile market goes, all HLs you see are wild-caught.
However, that doesn't warrant such a blatant overgeneralization as 'there is no such thing' as CB HLs in the pet trade.
