Very sick lizzard need help please

I have 2 horned lizards. One is fine, runs plays sleeps and everything fine. But the other one i'm afraid is going to die. hes very skinny, dosnt barie himself when he sleeps and dosnt eat. also he just stands around and stands like a arch with his chin and tail in the sand and the rest in the in the air. There both in a 55gal tank. i have the lights on each side and have it so that the temp is 80-100, by what everone says this is fine. there is shade, water, and rocks in there. we feed them small cricks and we though a few large ones in there, i would say about 2-3 large. We dont know what is wrong. he will put water in a small suringe and he will drink that sometime him self and we have tried to give deloted pediolite (recomened by vet). Please help. I really dont want to lose this one. hes about 3-4 month that we have had them
