are these lizards sick?

I work at a pet shop. We just recieved four mountain horned lizards, two of which look very skinny and are not eating. Their habitat is sufficant as compared to what I've looked up online and our store info. There is one contradiction: our info says that their main diet is green veggies, but info I found online calls them carnivorous. Which are they, and is there anything I can do to help them?
