venom warning

I would like to hear from other hoggie breeders as to if they make it a point to warn future hognose buyers of the possibility of a reaction from the "venom" if bitten?
do any of you keep epi pens in you r facilities or any other treatment devices in case of a shock reaction?
I have been bitten in two Stupid Feeding errors without any reactions.
but some who have received a bite have fairly radical reactions,
