Your W. Hognose should've been to the vet as soon as you noticed a problem. As for not wanting to feed it a frog, considering your snakes spine is showing i think worrying about parasites is the least of your problems. Feed it what it will eat and hope it lives. I had an E. Indigo i had to start on cornsakes. She hadn't taken her first meal and went thjrough 2 sheds. I offered her a hatchling cornsnake and she ate it as soon as it hit the cage. Shed fed on corns for about 2-3 weeks and after her 3rd shed starting taking unscented hoppers. I guess what i'm saying is give it a chance and feed what ever she will take. It's kinda hard to rehabilitate a dead snake...
Good Luck
