Question about hognose's habit

My western bled from her mouth when I tried my first time force-feeding to her without pinky pump. I thought I did hurts her mouth, so I checked carefully but couldn't find any scratch in her mouth. I suspect that she might thrown up blood. Now she looks like fine but I'm worry about is that common habit? sorry my English
