I HIGHLY doubt that diet is constructive to a purpose other than making the snakes larger and ready to breed quicker and earlier...Feeding that much can only lead to problems...4 fuzzies a week or 2 fuzzies every 2 days is outrageous...my water and garter snakes with the highest metabolism you can just about get do not even eat that much and stay thin...And to the original poster, do not feed while shedding. Wait about a week until it sheds and then feed it. Andy
