NVM I see the part you are talking about but I highly disagree with it. But you see...applegate is talking about POST HIBERNATION. Not just growing...These snakes are probably already breeding size...They are not small snakes that are growing at an alarming rate. The point of feeding often after brumation is to fatten up females to produce eggs. And I believe that goes along with the shed he mentions too. Andy
