I use the exact same enclosure. Each one is outfitted with a radiant heat panel. I ordered mine from pondside herp supplies because they carried them in a size that fits perfectly in the front corner. The nice thing is they are so thin that once mounted you have to bend down to actually see them instead of having a bulky light or ceramic heater. The heat is maintained evenly without having to use an external thermostat.

:I am going with a Vision 332, but I'm not sure how I'm going to heat it. I like the ActiveUV heat bulbs, but I think they will heat up the 332 too much. Also, I'm not sure heat pads or tape will heat through the thickness of the 332.
