How does everyone heat their Gila cages?

I am going with a Vision 332, but I'm not sure how I'm going to heat it. I like the ActiveUV heat bulbs, but I think they will heat up the 332 too much. Also, I'm not sure heat pads or tape will heat through the thickness of the 332.
