Permit to keep gila - Please answer>

Alright, I live in FL- and to keep venemous creatures you need to have a permit- the permit requires that you have 1000 hours of handling experience before you recieve it- I would like to keep a gila in the future- I`ve been talking to people who own them elsewhere, reading caresheets etc- but how am I supposed to get the experience if I can`t own one in the first place, get what I mean?
