Assuming that you are working with a small volume of Panacur suspension...mix it into a small amount of fruit-based baby food. Try smearing this in a thin layer around the upper "lip". Most geckoes respond to this by licking it off. Apply it in a thin layer rather then a drop so that he cannot just shake it off. Good luck.
