Deworming mangroves.... new technique??

I thought about injecting some Fenbendazole into prekill mice's mouths (into their stomachs)and then feeding it to some wild caught (undoubtably infested with internal parasites) mangrove snakes. Any ideas? Anyone tried it? Will it work, in theory?? Why or why not? Thanks in advance...
