Hi Dan, I agree on the radiant heat panel substrate and ventilation...even then, depending where you live it may be hard to keep the humidity up. In the winter, I have to humidify my snake room in order to keep the humidity up (I keep it at 50% in the room...it goes down to 25-30% without humidifier)) In cold climates, there is a fine line between humidity and molding but so far I manage...
