Sounds like you are looking for a Sorong or Jaya type chondro. Don't get cought up with locals, since its extreamly hard to find any true (documented) local animals. Look around and find a pairing that you like. Check out The Chondro Web Forum at http://www.chondroweb.com
Greg Maxwell has an "Orginal Green" pairing he is expecting eggs from. Greg has some nice quality animals. And if you have some extra cash he also has some beautiful high end morphs expecting. Http://www.chondroweb.com/fineGTPs
Rico at Signal Herp I belive has some nice Aru's, wich should have some nice blue bellys, as well as some of his PNG clutches that should turn out to be some very very intresting adults, no telling what you will get. Http://www.signalherp.com
As for sorong's Marcel's girl just poped out some eggs, im not sure what he is keeping or what he is not. You can find him on the chondroweb breeders forum.
Lastly Rob Worell @ Http://www.allchondros.com has alot of chondros ranging from neonates - adults.
Point being, you picked a great time be in the market for a chondro, LOTS of great stuff coming up. Come talk with us on the chondroweb forum, we will point you in the right POSITIVE direction.
