Need help in picking out a green tree???

I have always wanted a GTP, but never got the cash or the time but now i have both, i have done all my reasearch on them now all i need to know is what locale to get. I want to start with a juvie so i can see all the chages in color but the end result i want when mature is a brilliant green with as much blue as possible, if anyone has advice on what locale or breeder can come up with what i want. thanks in advance
