Mist Machine with oxygen bubbles??>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I've heard of a mist machine that creates moisture from bubbles of oxygen instead of water (or something like that), for less bactirial problems in the terrariums. How it works? it must be a very good solution for all rain forest snakes and lizards. Any suggestions?
