If you weigh 150 lbs, according to the WHO data, you could ingest a whole can of Black Knight safely, as long as you spread your doses out over 15 days!

The maximum Acceptable Daily Intake (for humans) is 7 mg/kg. If you weigh 150 lbs (68 kg) you can ingest 476 mg per day without a problem. A 12 oz can contains 1.998% d-phenothrin, which comes out to 7457 mg. You could ingest this much as long as you spread it out over 15.6 days without exceeding the ADI.

I don't recommend this, but it gives you an idea of the relative safety of this stuff compared to other forms of insect control.
