What's the size of your snake? You mentioned there are frogs inside. How many are there?
The symptoms you described sounds like the snake is stressed. Appropriate sized prey items is important here. Did the seller tell you what it was eating previously? If so, scenting may help or perhaps, use the same prey item. Most importantly, avoid stressing the snake.

:Try lizards and mice too. You might have more luck with one of those if you have not tried them yet. Sometimes it takes them a while to get adjusted to captivity and their new set ups. Andy
