What did the seller feed it with previously? I don't know how you would define little frogs but, personally, I would stay away from them as they tend to be loaded with parasites. Try pinkies instead.
As always, a good rule of the thumb is to feed prey items equivalent to the width of the snake's body at its thickest point. Do try and ask the seller what it ate previously.

:I only had two little frogs inside the tank for my mangrove as it is a baby mangrove about 16 inches long. Is two little frog each about 1 cm enough or should i just out all the frog inside?
