Isn't Bipes a lizard or amphisbaenian or something? Forgive me if I'm thinking of something else. Snakes like Typhlops are virtually not found on the pet market, and captive husbandry is also unknown. So the only way you're probably going to get on is to catch it yourself and then figure out how to keep it alive.
