I'd take her to the vet for a once-over, especially because she hasn't been eating. He'll be able to culture her throat to see if there's an infection. Also, it's possible the belly scale thing is an infection too. It might be ok, but it's hard to be sure. To me it's just not like Goinis to go on feeding strikes!
