Appalichicola questions

Hi....I have an appilichicola Kingsnake.
Recently she has been holding her mouth open a bit ( you cant even see it from the side, thats how little open it is) She isn't drooling, and its a nice pink color. I know she doesn't have mouth rot, and I don't think she has a respiratory infection.

The open mouth may have been caused by her striking the glass a couple of weeks back. I need to make sure though.

Also, she has a few wrinkled and cracked scales on her belly, and she hasn't eaten for a few weeks.

Her temperature was quite low over the fall, so she may have hibernated. We keep her on newspaper pellets, she has a two level hide, some branches, a basking lamp, an undertank heater at 85 degrees F and a water dish. I have been lowering the heat at night and soaking her every day a 4:30 in warm water...Any suggestions?
