First, have you considered taking the snake to a vet? It is possible that the animal is not eating because it is impacted or perhaps is suffering from a heavy parasite load. A vet can tell you if that, or something else, is the issue. If you really want what is best for your snake, the vet should be a top priority.

Second, once the vet clears the snake of any health problems other than anorexia, you can try assisted feedings. *gently* open the snake's mouth with something like a guitar pick or the curved (not pointy) edge of a paper clip. Then slip in a dead cricket. Do not attempt to force the cricket into the snakes throat! Just place it into the mouth. Hopefully the snake will respond by swallowing. If it doesn't, try one or two more times then repeat again in a few hours. Remember - if the snake has undiagnosed and untreated medical problems that are causing the anorexia, assist-feeding it won't do much good in the long run and could make matters worse.

BTW - easiest ways to kill crickets: freezing, smash head between fingers, drop in boiling water.

Also, because I'm curious - did you see the snake eat at the pet store, or did they just tell you it did? This problem may have been going on for longer than you think.
