Why would you offer such a class? They would not be interested. All they care about is cash. You'd think that knowledgable, caring staff and god healthy animals would turn into cash in the form of higher survivorship and repeat, loyal customers. Almost every pet store I go into is a dump. The animals are kept imporperly, the staff has NO CLUE and the place usually smells. I worked in a very large pet store through high school and a bit in college...it was no different. Again I have seen a FEW exceptions. Unfortunately they don't seem to last and the "little houses of death" prosper.
It's a nice idea, but they do not care.
