Some say that if you blow into their mouth, it will dry up and it will cause them to let go and wet it again. This MIGHT work...didnt for me but either way, resist the initial instinct of smaking the gecko stuck to your hand against the wall, this will surely end your gecko owning experience.


>When I have had a lizard or other animal that has latched onto me (including a couple of Tokays), I have either just waited until it let go or as a last resort, I have filled a bowl with enough warm water to cover the animal's head. I stick my hand in and just wait a few seconds until the animal decides it needs to breath. Works pretty well with a minimal amount of trama to both the lizard and you..:)
