Hello Danny,
I still feed chicken, although it's likely only maybe 25-30% of the diet. I rotate(no set plan though) items through beef, rodents, and fish. As the animals grow we frequently have wild game offered to us and use deer/hog for older animals with great success. I also use domestic raised animals as well.(goats, etc)
