:Sometimes shedding can be a problem with feeding. I have a rat snake that will eat any time any day whether shedding or not but a corn snake that won't eat for a week either side of a shed. You also should keep in mind that adjusting to captivity can play a role as well.

Thats one more reason why I love california kingsnakes, corns and hognoses. Even though hogs are known for not eating at times.
The ring neck is really small. If she dont show any signs of improvement by saturday/sunday i will release her but I want to take a picture of her if i can.
