Well you can reserve a snake with Scott. Or you can wait until people start announcing their births. I generally post here when each clutch pops. I usually keep them a month or more to see how they color up and to get them fattened. I will then post an ad in the kingsnake classifieds under "colubrids and other snakes". I don't take reservations. I have a few people I promised first shot at next years flames.

You are going to have to check out the laws for your state to see if you can legally keep them.

You may need an importation permit. I don't know if garters require this or not.

I couldn't determine from the Tennesee sites I found whether garters are regulated or not. Most likely not. You will have to do more research or write them to find out. It is safer just to write.
