tadpole eggs need sunlight?

I have some tadpole eggs that I found today and I was wondering if someone could tell me if they need a lamp on next to or above them to keep the water warm and to give them light and I also was wondering if someone could tell me how to know if the eggs are fertilized or not. Please if someone knows the ansewer post it to me.
