they can climb the glass by standing atop their cagemates, thats what he probably did, and squeezed out through the lid. he could be anywhere, hopefully he didnt get outside or down a drain. if he is gone for a few days or more, he might have dried out and died. keep an eye out for him though; i had a red-eyed treefrog that spent a week beneath our stove before finally coming out and, though dusty, he lived.
